1. Returns and Approvals

  • All returns require prior written approval from Apex.
  • To request a return, please contact us at [email protected] within seven (7) days of delivery. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  • Custom-built, made-to-order, or special-order items are not eligible for return.

2. Conditions for Return

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
  • Items shipped in excess of your order or incorrectly supplied by Apex must also be reported within seven (7) days and will be coordinated for return without additional cost to you.

3. Restocking Fees and Credits

  • Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Refunds or credits will be issued at the lower of the original invoice price or the current price of the item.
  • Credits will be applied to your account once the returned product is received and inspected.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 14 business days of Apex receiving and inspecting the returned items.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where Apex has shipped incorrect or defective items.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us in writing within seven (7) days of delivery.
  • Apex may require photos or inspection of the item before issuing a replacement or refund.
  • Our responsibility is limited to the purchase price of the affected product in accordance with our warranty and Standard Terms and Conditions.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order goods
  • Items used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without prior approval

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Apex.
